Hatha Flow

Hatha flow yoga is a refreshing morning yoga class for all levels, designed to balance your nervous system and take care of your body, mind and spirit. Classes will include some heat and some coolness, classes will be challenging but fun, hard but sweet. Asana are instructed with concern for proper alignment and use of healthy biomechanics for movement. We practice self-love through movement,  breath and play. In this class it is my intention that the students feel safe and secure to learn something and to explore themselves and to grow as yogi. You will leave classes more nourished and connected.
