Mindful Flow

 

 
Mindful Flow is a vinyasa practice that combines meditation practice at the beginning and end of the class. It is a fluid vinyasa class with a strong focus on alignment and being present in the physical body. 
A strong focus is placed on staying in the moment, so be prepared to run through some sun salutations with your eyes closed, and gently challenge your mind and body. 
 
Mindful Flow brings you back to right here, right now, and is a great way to work through letting go of the daily stresses we hold. Expect releasing poses to include twists, hip openers and heart openers.
